One of the STARK COUNTY POLITICAL REPORT'S (The Report) favorite Stark County Citizen-Activist is Louisville's Kevin Ellis.
Kevin has been on top of the American Electric Power (AEP)/Ohio Power requested 52% (residential) 62% (business) increases over the next three years.
He has pleaded - for some time now - with "the powers that be" at The Canton Repository to make this unfolding story a high priority in the local news and editorial sections of Stark County's only countywide newspaper.
Kevin has been largely ignored by The Rep's management.

Right now they are fronting an ongoing race relations topic .... this is an easy topic, just wtach the comments on their web site. (Stir the pot then stand back to watch it boil mentality)
