The SCPR has learned from the Ohio Supreme Court's notification update system that - today - Stark County Democratic Party chairman Randy Gonzalez has filed a response to a request for injunctive relief filed on November 22nd by Stark County interim sheriff Tim Swanson and Lt. Lou Darrow, a candidate to succeed to the sheriff's office as a candidate for appointment by the Stark County Democratic Party Central Committee currently scheduled for December 11th.
The actual pleading has not yet been posted by the Supreme Court's administrators.
As soon as it it, the SCPR will update this blog with The Report's "unique" analysis of the import of the filing.
