UPDATED AT 4:19 PM
The SCPR just off the phone from a source sharing information to the effect that Cynthia Balas-Bratton has caused a combo Writ of Prohibition/Writ of Mandamus action to be filed in the Fifth District Court of Appeals within the hour.
The Report is told that the court is being asked to delay tomorrow's scheduled hearing and to prohibit Stark County Democratic Party Executive Committee appointee (March, 2013 and term expiring February 28, 2014) Deametrious St. John from participating in any hearing on the Balas-Bratton issue.
In a interesting twist, the SCPR is told that Balas-Bratton has asked that the defending parties be "personally served" by the Stark County sheriff's office.
