BREAKING NEWS! OHIO EPA SUES ROVER PIPELINE. LLC OVER SPILL INCIDENT IN STARK COUNTY!

Within past hour, The Stark County Political Report has received a press release from the office of Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine noticing Ohio media about his office filing a lawsuit in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas today against Rover Pipeline, LLC over an April incident in which Rover "discharged several million gallons of drilling fluids into wetlands in Stark County.

The case has been assigned to Kristin Farmer who was appointed to the bench by Republican governor John Kasich in 2012 to replace retiring judge Charles Brown.
