STARK CO COMMISSIONERS: Putting County $$$ Where Their Mouths Are!

UPDATED:  1:40 P.M. (See restructured Stark Co Commissioners' resolution in Appendix)

Stark Commissioners are spending up to $47,000 for a supplemental study to the February 2008 original study on assessing and improving Stark's 9-1-1.
A few snippets form February, 2008 GeoComm which resulted in dramatic improvements for Stark Countians needing emergency assistance.  But more needs to be done before Stark County has one of the absolutelyu BEST 9-1-1 systems in Ohio, if not, in the nation.

See Appendix for "full" copy of 2008 GeoComm Report.

Shame on Stark's First Repponders' leadership.  40 expected; about 12 attended commissioner generated informational meeting on Thursday, September 27, 2019. Many, but not all, of those invited attended.  Citizens should be contacting their local EMS, fire and police officials for answers as to why "getting to the state of the art" appears not to be their priority.
