STARK COMMISSIONERS "HONOR" MEMORY OF MARY REGULA AT APRIL 11, 2018 REGULAR MEETING
At the November 29, 2017 regular meeting of the Stark County commissioners (LINK to blog noting the occasion), Mary Regula's son and Stark County commissioner Richard Regula wished his mother a 91st Happy Birthday.
Sadly and at a loss to the entire Stark County community, Richard's fellow commissioners (Janet Weir Creighton and Bill Smith) invoked a moment of silence in memory of Mary Ann Rogusky Regula who was founder of the National First Ladies Library.
Here is the SCPR video of the "moment of silence" called by commissioner board president Janet Weir Creighton.
